Located at 107A Avenue, the Gate of Happy Arrival stands as the northern gateway to the Commercial Core. It serves as a permanent reminder of the district's expansion northward along 97th Street. In our current infrastructure roadmap, this gate acts as the visual counterpart to the new southern portal, defining the high-energy "Soul Food" corridor where the breath of the wok is most vibrant.
