Problem Properties & CPTED In alignment with the Problem Properties Initiative (PPI), we provide precise reporting guidance to help eliminate derelict structures that hinder vibrancy. Between 2023 and 2025, the PPI conducted over 14,000 inspections, resulting in the removal of 1.63 million pounds of debris. We also champion Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), encouraging merchants to use cultural art and light as tools for security.
