A prosperous community begins with a sense of peace. We are moving beyond reactive enforcement to a collaborative model of community well-being.

• Collaborative Action: The Chinatown Safety Council (CSC) unites 13 stakeholder groups, including the Edmonton Police Service, REACH Edmonton, and social agencies like Boyle Street Community Services.

• Illuminating the Core: Our Motion Lights Program has successfully provided free, high-intensity lighting units to over 50 businesses to eliminate "dark zones" and deter crime.

• Radical Cleanliness: In our last review period, we mobilized 221 volunteers to remove 5,164 needles and clear over 2,000 bags of litter from our streets.

• The 'Who to Call' Postcard: We created a multi-language resource (English and Traditional Chinese) to bypass language barriers and ensure every business owner knows how to access 24/7 Crisis Diversion.
