Due to a recent weather disaster that cancelled the Edmonton Heritage Day Festivals Festival, the Chinatown Transformation Collaborative is collecting non-perishable food for the Edmonton Food Bank. Monetary donations can be made online here or in person at the CTC Storytelling Centre at The Hull Block.

Ethan's Dragon Food Quest is a playful and adventurous storyline centred around an 11-year-old Asian boy, Ethan. He embarks on a thrilling vacation in Edmonton while visiting his family, who owns one of Edmonton’s oldest Chinese Supermarkets in South Chinatown. During his quest, Ethan chases the dragon through various food stops in Edmonton's Chinatown, exploring and enjoying the area's rich culinary diversity. The narrative captures Ethan's curiosity, enthusiasm, and excitement of discovering new flavours, making it an engaging and relatable experience for the audience.
